If this is your first login, you will need to create a new strong password that contains at least 8 characters, upper case, lower case, and a number. 

1. Enter your current user name or userID.
2. Click “I forgot my password." 
3. Check your email for instructions on creating your new password.
4. Write down your new password and use it for future logins.
